WATCH AND WAGER ON THE BELMONT STAKES THIS SATURDAY, JUNE 20th AT THE COACHELLA VALLEY’S ONLY OTB VENUE
June 16th, 2020 – INDIO, CA – Fantasy Springs Resort Casino is the place to be this Saturday, June 20th for horse racing fans to watch and wager on the Belmont Stakes inside the Coachella Valley’s only state-of-the-art, off-track betting venue, The Triple Crown Room. Admission is FREE; must be 21 or older to place bets.
Advanced day wagering begins on Friday, June 19th at 10 a.m. and continues to 10 p.m. On the day of the race, doors open at 9 a.m. with seating limited to 50 percent capacity. Guests are required to wear protective masks and adhere to Fantasy Springs’ strict social distancing guidelines. The main race will also be shown on the casino floor at 2:45 p.m.
The Belmont Stake is the first of the three Triple Crown races — the Kentucky Derby will take place in September followed by the Preakness in October. Three-year-old colt Tiz The Law is the current favorite, followed by Dr Post, Pneumatic, Tap It To Win, Sole Volante, Modernist, Farmington Road, Max Player, and Jungle Runner.
