INDULGE IN A VARIETY OF VALENTINE’S DAY DINING SPECIALS AT FANTASY SPRINGS RESORT CASINO ON FEB. 14, 2023

Jan. 24, 2023 – INDIO, CA – From prime rib, Alaskan crab legs to Maine lobster and scrumptious sweets, the award-winning team of chefs led by Chef Freddy Rieger have curated delicious dining options for Valentine’s Day on Tuesday, Feb. 14. Enjoy the Fresh Grill Buffet ALL DAY or head to POM or The Bistro for dinner. The regular menu at POM and The Bistro is also available.

Enjoy a lovely lunch or dinner at the Fresh Grill Buffet. Feast on Alaskan snow crab legs, oysters on the half shell, New Zealand mussels and smoked salmon from the chilled seafood station. The carving board features roast prime rib and maple roasted turkey breast.

Chef’s specialties include Boursin crusted baked fillet of salmon, chicken Cordon Bleu, grilled-to-order New York steaks, herb roasted leg of lamb with mint demi-glace, seafood Fra Diavolo and much more. In addition, there will be an impressive array of Italian, Asian, and Latin Specialties. 

Fresh salads such as Japanese Kanikama, asparagus mimosa with lemon, parsley brioche crumbs, Baja-style shrimp cocktail along with soups will also be offered.

Desserts are plentiful with Fantasy Springs’ famous chocolate fountain, a huge selection of house-made cakes and pastries, parfaits, red velvet cheesecake, sugar-free selections and much more. 11 a.m. – 9 p.m., $44.99, adults; $34.99 kids; children under 2, free.

At The Bistro, enjoy a romantic dinner featuring a heart shaped spicy tuna roll topped with a soy honey glaze and mango salsa ($20), twin petite filet mignon Oscar-style and a 7 oz. Maine lobster tail with aged cheddar potato soufflé, asparagus, truffle béarnaise, and drawn butter ($75). Savor a delicious bounty at Seafood Night at POM starting with hot steamed shrimp with butter spices and lemon, a garden salad, and King’s Hawaiian rolls. The main course features mouth-watering steamed Alaskan crab legs with Old Bay spice and butter, Chef Freddy’s Jersey-style crab cakes, crispy butterfly shrimp, spicy shoestring fries, and Low Country cole slaw with Creole-style rice pilaf.
