NOV. 29, 2022 – INDIO, CA – Fantasy Springs Resort Casino’s award-winning Fresh Grill Buffet is extending its hours to seven days a week beginning Thursday, Dec. 1. New highlights include Prime rib and New York steak offered nightly.

Whether you are taking a break from slot machines and table games or gathering with friends, Fresh Grill Buffet is the perfect place to enjoy a wonderful meal in a spacious setting. With both indoor and outdoor patio seating options, the buffet is an ideal and comfortable choice for small or large parties.
In addition to Prime rib and New York steak offered every night, guests can dine on an array of fresh salads, soups, and chilled seafood on ice along with carving station selections, and Chef specialties. Incredible international fare includes a wide variety of Latin, Italian, and Asian cuisine.
Sunday Brunch features a Prime rib buffet, New York steak, omelets cooked to order, griddle favorites, baked goods, and much more including bottomless mimosas for an additional charge.
There is also a beautiful dessert station featuring Fantasy Springs’ signature chocolate fountain surrounded by an array of mouthwatering cakes, pastries, cookies, and ice cream along with sugar-free selections.
