FAMOUS BBQ NIGHT AT POM MOVES FROM THURSDAYS TO WEDNESDAYS AT FANTASY SPRINGS RESORT CASINO
JULY 27, 2022 – INDIO, CA – The wildly popular BBQ night at POM restaurant at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino is moving from Thursday nights to Wednesday nights beginning Wednesday, Aug. 3. A wide assortment of carefully curated mouth-watering dishes will be available from 5 p.m. – 11 p.m. The meal is served family style, so bring your family and friends, grab a bib and dig in. $21.95 per person. The regular menu is also available.
Starters: Smokehouse chopped salad, warm cheddar glazed biscuits
Sides: Chef Freddy’s famous white cheddar mac n’ cheese, warm bacon-potato salad, homemade Southern-style slaw, and fresh baked corn bread.
Main Dishes: Smokey slow roasted beef brisket, barbecue chicken, St. Louis style ribs.
Dessert: Freshly baked apple pie topped with vanilla ice cream.
Also moving from Thursday nights to Wednesday nights is Country Night in LIT Lounge. Enjoy country music hits performed by a live band from 7:30 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. hosted by Big John Miller and KPLM The BIG 106-FM. Free interactive line dance lessons start at 6:30 p.m.
