California native, Cristina Medrano has been calling the Coachella Valley home for more than two decades and is thrilled to share her knowledge of the region with guests at Fantasy Springs. She is a first generation Mexican-American and is fluent in English and Spanish. When she’s not making sure all VIP guests experience world-class service, she enjoys adventuring with her beloved dog throughout the desert and hiking the abundant trails in the valley.
